Objective
To address the recruitment and retention challenges in the healthcare industry, an Industry Idea Jam has been organized. The aim is to generate ideas, insights, and solutions from healthcare stakeholders using a marketing and positive imaging campaign approach.
Results
The Industry Idea Jam resulted in the concept of a media-centric campaign showcasing industry stakeholders’ stories, lifestyle, and gains to enhance awareness and engagement within the local Berkshire population. The event facilitated a design thinking session to map the industry ecosystem, identify target end users, evaluate current awareness and recruitment efforts, and propose impactful marketing opportunities.
Our Approach
Concept and Direction
Prior to the jam, the concept was to create a media-centric campaign featuring podcasts, interviews, photoshoots, and articles showcasing industry stakeholders’ experiences. This campaign aimed to increase awareness and engagement within the local Berkshire community.
Design Thinking Session
At the ID3A Jam, a design thinking session was conducted to better comprehend the industry ecosystem, identify the target end users, evaluate current awareness and recruitment efforts, and suggest impactful marketing opportunities.
Participating Cohorts
Participants from diverse cohorts, including educators, administrators, students, officials, workforce, and community stakeholders, collaborated to address the recruitment and retention challenge.
Impact Hypothesis
– Hosting the Industry Idea Jam would provide data and insights for R3SET’s industry marketing campaign proposal.
